When I joined the company, I set myself a challenge: to learn how digital brands are built and understand how branding, digital marketing, and recognition work in the B2B software industry. This project became the perfect environment to explore that process from the ground up. Instead of treating branding as a one-time exercise, we developed it through multiple iterations in close collaboration with the HR Business Partner. The first iteration established a flexible visual identity that could be applied consistently across digital touchpoints. The second refined the brand's positioning, defining a clear niche and a more confident tone of voice. That strategic shift introduced a stronger sense of expertise, credibility, and trust—ultimately shaping the brand identity presented in this case study.
As I mentioned in case Visible by Design, I don't believe in designing in a vacuum. The strongest brands aren't built in isolation or within a single deliverable—they evolve through real applications, continuous testing, and everyday use.
This project became an opportunity to push my visual thinking further than a typical design request would allow. Beyond creating a brand identity, it explores how a digital brand can communicate consistently across websites, marketing materials, presentations, and product touchpoints while remaining flexible enough to grow over time.
Brand Concept
The visual foundation of the brand was inspired by technology companies that communicate trust, precision, and long-term reliability. Several metaphors shaped the identity. The primary one is aviation: the logo and graphic language subtly reference the form of an aircraft wing, symbolizing confidence, stability, and forward movement. The main action button follows a familiar affordance inspired by iconic rounded interfaces, making interactions feel intuitive and approachable. The color palette was derived from the technologies where the company has its strongest expertise, creating a direct connection between the brand and its core services. The aviation theme also extends into the broader emotional direction: clear blue skies became a metaphor for smooth collaboration, confidence, and the feeling of being guided by experienced professionals. To make the identity feel more contemporary and human, we also introduced sticker-inspired marketing elements and AI-driven visual accents, bringing a more conversational and recognizable layer to the brand's communication.
Brand Palette
As mentioned earlier, the brand evolved through two major iterations. Because rebranding is an incremental process rather than an instant transition, two primary blue colors coexist within the identity. Both remain valid, although the darker blue represents the current direction and serves as the primary brand color in the latest guidelines. The color system was designed to be flexible across different touchpoints. While the core identity is built around four foundation colors, each application has its own semantic palette derived from these tokens. The website, for example, uses an extended tonal system optimized for interface design, while presentations, marketing materials, and other assets apply tailored palettes that preserve visual consistency while adapting to their specific context. This token-based approach allows the brand to scale across multiple platforms without sacrificing coherence or recognition.

Logo
The logo was developed across two branding iterations, with the final version prepared as part of the company's trademark registration process. The wordmark is intentionally minimal, but it is not based on an untouched typeface. Individual glyphs were carefully refined to improve visual balance, spacing, and overall rhythm, making the mark unique while preserving its clean and approachable appearance. As a result, simply typing the company name in the original font will not reproduce the logo accurately. Alongside the visual identity, the project also established naming conventions, typography rules, and pronunciation guidelines to ensure consistency across marketing, documentation, and digital products. For compact applications, the brand uses a simplified icon based on the letter C, enclosed within the signature button shape. While using the initial F was considered, the C provided a more distinctive and visually balanced symbol across digital interfaces.
Typography & Logofolio
The brand combines Inter and Outfit. Inter provides clarity and readability for interfaces and long-form content, while Outfit adds stronger character through its expressive bold glyphs, creating contrast across headlines and marketing materials.
The logo was originally based on the same typeface but refined through optical adjustments. As shown below, simply typing the brand name with the original font does not reproduce the final wordmark. The identity was designed primarily for the Latin alphabet.

Brand Communication
The visual language follows a clean, technology-driven aesthetic. The darker blue palette subtly echoes the familiar blue system screens, reinforcing the company's software expertise and technical positioning.
The website was fully designed and developed in Webflow, including a CMS structure that allows the sales team to manage content independently. Beyond the website, the identity extends across marketing materials, presentations, and branded merchandise, ensuring a consistent experience across every touchpoint.
